Very Good
The location is good, the size of room is okay. Plus there're breakfast. I got it in cheap price so I think everything is worth the price.
The bed were not so comfortable. Like they used spring bed which were very hard. The pillows were also hard.

Very friendly personnel. Comfortable quiet room.
I was surprised that the breakfast tables were just next to the reception area and the elevators, the dining space is not separated.

Nice enough, with friendly service, but a bit cramped for two.
The hotel's location is very good, a short walk from both the train and bus stations and not far from Matsumoto Castle and several museums. Service was friendly, and about as efficient as one would expect from a rather busy "business" hotel with its crowded breakfast area and check-in/check-out crush.
The rooms are a bit small, and while our room for the first three nights had a double bed and therefore room for a small table and two chairs, when we returned for our final night the room had a double bed that took up so much space there was only one chair and no table, so the bed had to double as "seating".
